Shipping and Returns
General Policy All items will be shipped within ten (10) business days of our receipt of payment. If there is a problem with the order, or if the item is out of stock our on back order then you will be notified by e-mail to the address which was used to send the payment. Once the order has been shipped it usually takes seven (7) business days to arrive. Shipping and processing times may vary, these are included to give you some idea of when your item will arrive but it is not guaranteed. Back order items or reservations will not begin being processed until the item is received in stock or released in the case of reservations.
Other Ordering Methods If you prefer not to order products online, simply print out a copy of our order forms (chapbooks/hardbacks and gift items) and mail it to Wormhole Books, 3005 Fairfield Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46807. Please include a check or money order and a shipping address, and make checks payable to Dawn Dunn.
If the item is damaged upon your receipt of it, then we will replace the item, or refund the purchase price at your discretion. Replacement titles take as long to processes as normal titles. If you receive a damaged item then contact us by e-mail at info@wormholebook.com. All notifications of damages must be sent within fifteen (15) days of your receiving the item. If the item is not damaged then we will refund your purchase price, minus a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. In this case you must pay all shipping charges incurred. You must send an e-mail to info@wormholebook.com within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the item to return it. If we send you the wrong item and the error is ours then it will be treated as a damaged item.
If you are ordering an item as a gift for someone and you want us to ship it directly to them, then e-mail us from the address that you made the payment from to sales@wormholebook.com. Place in your e-mail the shipping address of where you want it to go and whether or not you want the price included. If you have any other special requests then include those in your e-mail. However, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be granted. We will e-mail you back to confirm your request and send you any information about your special requests or e-mail. |
